We bring labs to life, not left decaying in a PDF or medical chart.
We support all the major wearables, so sync them and let them work quietly in the background—adding context when it's useful, staying out of the way when it's not. When you have questions, we help you understand how your data is impacting your purpose and goals.
Move beyond data into understanding.

When you’re ready, you can export your Masterlete data into a clean PDF you can share with your clinician—your purpose and goals, your results, and three key questions to guide the visit. It improves their ability to help you without adding more work for them. For most Masterletes, that clarity alone is worth far more than the subscription.
Masterlete is more than labs—it’s long-run support for an active life.
Upload results from Quest or LabCorp to see how they are helping you achieve your goals.
If you don't have recent labs or you want the curated biomarkers, use Apex.

No. Though if you're recently recovering from injury or illness, getting a lab baseline can be really helpful to measure progress. Labs are valuable for everyone, even if you're healthy.
We have two paths: A) Order labs through us—you pay for your Apex subscription, then schedule a visit to a Quest near you, walk-in, give your blood, and we automatically upload the results with interpretation. B) If you have results from a Quest or LabCorp facility, you don’t need to give blood again. You purchase your Basecamp subscription, then upload the PDF(s). We notify you (typically <48 hours) when the interpretation is complete. Pro tip: even if you order labs from us, you can still upload previous lab results so you can track them over time.
Yes! Make sure they are in PDF format (not scanned) and once you’ve logged in, click on the “Upload Labs” button.
PDF files are the only supported format at this time.
Yes. Fasting glucose is one of the most important biomarkers we analyze. To get a valid result, fasting should start at least 12 hours before your lab visit. Drink water, but no caffeine or food in that 12 hour window. For optimal results, avoid alcohol, fatty foods and caffeine 24 hours before your lab draw. We highly recommend you schedule your labs in the morning so you don’t get hangry. Pro tip: go out for a nice breakfast with a friend after the lab draw to make the whole experience more fun.
Yes. The fasting period is 24 hours before your lab draw, so you’ll be hungry.
Ideally yes. Some biomarkers we test for, like Creatine Kinase, can be impacted by a vigorous workout the day before. If you're looking to use the labs for improved performance, we highly recommend scheduling the draw after a rest or recovery day.
If you upload your lab results, we guarantee results within 48 hours. If you order your labs, we typically have results in 5-7 business days after your draw.
No. We provide no medical advice, treatment or prescriptions. Our technology is here for informational purposes only—to help guide you.
100% yes - and we make it super easy. You can export your results as a PDF you can share with your clinician. But there's more! We include your purpose and goals and 3 key questions to ask. They help your clinician better understand and treat you without adding more work for them. So yes, absolutely share with your clinicans.
1-2 times a year is typical. Ultimately, it depends on where you're at in your journey. If you're recovering from injury or illness, you might do it at the start of that process, then mid-point and when you think you're "back". If you're pushing performance, you can do testing at key stages of your training. Or do it once a year. There's no right or wrong answer.
Yes. You can re-order labs from us for $200 or upload results you got from elsewhere for free anytime you want.
